When do UT off-campus rentals usually open up?
Most of our UT-area inventory turns over in late spring for the August lease start. The best selection is typically available January through April. Inventory is much tighter mid-semester.
Do you allow roommates or shared leases?
Yes. All adult occupants are on the lease and each goes through our standard screening. We do not lease individual bedrooms. The lease is for the whole property.
How far are most rentals from main campus?
The houses we manage are typically within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the main campus and the Health Science campus. Exact distance is on each listing.
What credit and income do you require?
Combined household income of roughly 3x monthly rent and a clean rental history. Students without income history can apply with a qualified co-signer.
Is parking included?
Off-street parking is included on the majority of our properties. Parking situation is noted on each individual listing.
